Proper Vetting and Assessment: How are we going to validate and verify the skills of the candidates we are speaking with?
Clear Picture of the Role: Are we clear about the function of this role, while also remaining open to the advice and recommendations of the person we hire?
Retention of Employees
Keeping great employees begins on day 1.
Onboarding: Do we have a plan for providing the attention, information, training and feedback necessary to set up our RevOps leaders for success?
Consistent Expectations: Are we staying consistent to what we hired this role to do and communicated during the interview process?
Path for Growth: What’s the growth strategy for this new employee (leadership, titles, direct reports, compensation)?
