Centralized CRM

  • Flexible and Customizable: Is our CRM dynamic and able to grow and change with our organization’s needs?

  • Enhanced Customer Relationship: Does our CRM provide us with the appropriate data and insights that enhance our GTM team’s relationship with our customers?

  • Align Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success: Are all our GTM teams working from the same centralized system and data?

  • Scalability and Growth: Does our CRM have the ability to scale with us over time?

Technology Integration

Question: Are all our additional GTM technology tools integrated with our CRM, so there is no need to manually move data between systems.

  • Synchronized Data: Is our data automatically synchronized across all our systems, increasing accuracy and reducing workload?

  • Enhanced Functionality: Are the additional technology tools we used providing us with enhanced functionality?

Adoption

Question: Is the adoption of our CRM and other prescribed technologies widespread and utilized on a daily basis across our entire GTM team?

  • Create Leadership Buy-In: Have we identified the stakeholder, clearly communicated the benefits, and involved them in the technology decisions we’re making?

  • Culture of innovation: Do we actively involved all members of our GTM teams in soliciting innovative ways to utilize technology?

  • Training and Support: Are you intentional about providing strong training and support around the use of technology to our GTM teams?

  • Measure and Celebrate: Do we consistently measure the usage and effectiveness of technology and celebrate wins and bright spots?

  • Accept Feedback and Iterate: Are we open and actively soliciting feedback and looking for opportunities to make improvements?

Lean vs. Bloated Tech Stack

Question: Are we consistently evaluating the tools within our tech stack to optimize usefulness and adoption while reducing tech costs and redundancies?

  • Regular Evaluations: Do we evaluate each technology tool on a regular and consistent basis?

  • Renewal Cycles: Are we aware of our technology renewal cycles and proactive to early renew for additional discounts or migrate away when appropriate?

  • Redundant Functionality: Do we evaluate each new technology for redundant functionality and ensure our tech stack remains effective and lean?
